With our scientifically approached molding techniques, we deliver desired results with every project.

Phase 1: Tools and Work Center - Vents, draft, uniform wall, ejection, cleanliness, order, mold cooling.
Phase 2: Melt Preparation - Material handling, drying, conveying, barrel temperature, back pressure, screw speed, plastic pressure verse hydraulic pressure
Phase 3: Filling - Speed, temperature and time effects on relative polymer viscosity.
Phase 4: Pack and Hold - Remaining 5-10% material compression into cavity: gate seal.
Phase 5: Cooling - Quick mold release to sustain dimensional integrity.
